Preservation/Rehabilitation and bringing Historical buildings back to life by giving them a new use while maintaining the Historical integrity and beauty for future generations to enjoy.

An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is a smaller, independent residential living unit located on the same lot as a stand-alone (i.e., detached) single-family home. ADUs go by many names throughout the U.S., including accessory apartments, secondary suites, and granny flats. ADUs can be a converted portion of existing homes (i.e., internal ADUs), additions to new or stand-alone accessory structures or convert portions of existing stand-alone accessary structures (i.e., detached ADUs).
